A Most Violent Year is a 2014 action crime drama directed by J.C. Chandor. The story is set in New York in 1981, which was a most violent year in the city's history and focuses on the life a family of immigrants - Abel (Oscar Isaac) and his wife Anna Morales (Jessica Chastain). Abel try to seize any opportunity to expand their business with oil, in which is forced to face to everyday violence, corruption and injustice.

Anna Morales (Jessica Chastain) uses a pocket pistol that resembles the Astra Cub. Her husband Abel Morales (Oscar Isaac) confiscates this gun.

Anna shot a wounded deer in the night on the road.

Later in home Abel confiscates her gun.

It's similary to the pocket Astra Cub pistol.

It has a slightly different end of the barrel.
