The following weapons were used in the anime film A Certain Magical Index: The Movie – The Miracle of Endymion:

Pistols

Vektor CP1

The Vektor CP1 is used by Black Crow Unit leader Shutaura Sequenzia as her personal sidearm of choice. It appears to have a two-tone slide instead of the black one.

BCU leader Shutaura Sequenzia aims her sidearm at Ladylee Tangleroad inside the Endymion space station.

Shutaura turns her sidearm on an unconscious Arisa Meigo when she confronts Touma Kamijo.

You can see the CP1's frame and slide held in Shutarua's right hand. The pistol is aimed at Touma while scorning him for believing in miracles.

Assault Rifles

FN F2000

The FN F2000 is used by the various Sister clones in Academy City as their primary weapon.

FN F2000 - 5.56x45mm / FN GL-1 - 40mm

The Sister clones infiltrate the Endymion space station while backing up Mikoto Misaka in dealing with security robots.

SIG SG 552

SIG SG 552s are used by Anti-Skill tactical teams as their primary weapon.

SIG SG 552-2 fitted with C-More sight - 5.56x45mm.

An Anti-Skill officer guards the makeshift command center.

Anti-Skill officers set up outside the Endymion space station, using handheld transparent ballistic shields to protect themselves from incoming gunfire.

Anti-Skill officers, including Aiho Yomikawa, take cover behind an armored truck as they come under attack from the Black Crow Unit's Large Mobile Weapon.

Aiho takes cover from gunfire after making contact with armed security robots.

The SG 552s are fired when a couple of Anti-Skill officers return fire during the siege.

Machine Guns

General Dynamics M197 Vulcan

Dual General Dynamics M197 Vulcans are used by the Black Crow Unit's Large Mobile Weapon to defend the Endymion space station's main entrance from an assault by Anti-Skill's raid.

The BCU's LMW guard the Endymion space station's entrance.

The LMW rains gunfire on the Anti-Skill elements.

You can see the dual beam rifles being raised when it confronts Misaka.

Grenade Launchers

FN GL-1

The FN GL-1 is seen with FN F2000s, mounted underneath their barrels.
