Pistols

Glock 17

A Glock 17 with an OD frame is used by Milicia Stronskaya before Akira "Kai" Mikhaylov uses it.

Milicia takes out a rogue Ministry of Foreign Affairs Overseas Investigation Division's Field Survey Team (MOFA OID), aka Peacebreakers, soldier at her cabin at the start of the movie.

Revolvers

Ruger SP101

The Ruger SP101 is used by MOFA Suppressing Action Department (SAD) officer Shinya Kogami as his sidearm.

AK-Alfa

The AK-Alfa is seen in the movie with some of the Peacebreaker soldiers.

Hera Arms CQR

The Hera Arms CQR is seen with the SAD as their primary weapon. Kogami, Ginoza and Frederica use them at various times in the movie.

M26 hand grenade

A M26 hand grenade is used by Bokamoso after Ginoza wounds him by using his cybernetic hand to thrust into his chest, intending to kill them both.

M61 High-Explosive Fragmentation hand grenade

You can see Bokamoso doesn't like his chest being pierced by Ginoza's cybernetic hand.
