The Ar2 or the Over-watch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle is a Dark Energy powered assault rifle made by the Combine, its the standard issued rifle for Over-watch foot soldiers, it feeds from 30 round energy plugs and "energy balls" designed to wipe out human and flesh targets
