Alex Rider is a British spy thriller series based on the books written by author and screenwriter Anthony Horowitz. It focus on teenager Alex Rider (Otto Farrant) after he is recruited as an agent for the MI6 Department of Special Operations, led by Alan Blunt (Stephen Dillane), Mrs Jones (Vicky McClure) and John Crawley (Ace Bhatti).
The book series was previously adapted as the 2006 movie Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker starring (Alex Pettyfer) as Alex Rider and (Damian Lewis) as Yassen Gregorovitch.
