Julia is a 2014 horror/thriller centering on Julia Shames, who after suffering a brutal trauma, falls prey to an unorthodox form of therapy to exact revenge on the perpetrators.

During the climax, Dr. Sgrundud pulls out what seems to be a suppressed CZ75 and confronts Sadie, but Julia escapes from the operating table and decapitates Sgrundud from behind. Julia then appropriates the weapon and kills Sadie with a headshot.
