After becoming an FBI Agent, Jess Mastriani (Caterina Scorsone), carries a Glock 17 as her sidearm. Agent Nicole Scott (Vivica A. Fox), Agent Antonio Cortez (Mark Consuelos), and Assistant Director John Pollock (Justin Louis) all carry the Glock 17 as well. Agent Scott claims to carry two Glocks, but she "can't show you the other one in public."

SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is carried by several bad guys. The episode Big Bad gets a stainless slide, minor bad guys have regular black models.
A factory black (K-Kote) SIG-Sauer P226 pistol chambered in 9x19mm. This is a real movie gun and has appeared in several motion pictures.

The corupt Ridgeport Police Chief, Kack Sanderson, draws a P226 on Jess in "Cop Out". Interstingly, Chief Sanderson refers to her Glock as a "service revolver", sugesting that he originaly carried a revolver.

The Beretta 92F/FS is carried by various characters of indeterminate loyalty or minor bad guys.
In the opening credits, a PI holds a Berett 92F to Agent Scott's head. The actual event occured in "One Night Stand" (S2E2)
A thief holds a suppressed
Beretta 92F/FS on Jess in "The Last Stop" (S2E5). He really needs to screw that suppressor on tighter.
A mook aims a Beretta 92F at Agent Scott in "Truth or Dare: Part 2" (S2E13)
Nicole, undercover as "Alex Taylor", a weapons expert and gun dealer, test-fires a Beretta im "Deep Cover" (S2E14). Her crime-boss contact claims the the guns will "shoot right through Kevlar", though "Alex" imediantly complains about poor balance, a slugish trigger, and a week sear spring, and hopes he "kept the recipt".

The main character's Glock 17s occationaly turn into Beretta 92 Non Guns randomly.

Desert Eagle Mark I
A drug-gang hitman carries a Desert Eagle Mark I in "Domestic Bliss" (S2E7) Agent Scott (Vivica A. Fox) disarms him and comandeers the weapon. It is mentioned in episode dialoge as being a .357 Magnum.

A distaught father uses a Ruger SP101 to hold the daughter of a federal judge hostage in "Judgement Day" (S2E3). The judge had earlier mentioned keeping it under her pillow, as she feared work coming for her at home.
