FAMAS
The FAMAS is first seen in the hands of French soldiers, later recognized as the main weapon of French commando soldier Laborie. French soldiers use the F1 version but Laborie uses a G2 version (the latest)
Parading French soldiers are seen with FAMAS rifles in the beginning. According to the trigger guard, it's the F1 version
The French soldiers on board the prisoner transport plane have
M203s attached to their FAMAS rifles.
Laborie covers the prisoners while the others walk him into the APC. Her FAMAS (the only one G2 version in the film) is equipped with a flashlight, a laser sight and an Armson OEG Occluded-Eye Gunsight.
Giovanni uses Laborie's FAMAS to cover the prisoner while she secures him.
SIG SG 552
The SG 552 is first seen in the hands of Giovanni, the Italian commando. Later seen in use by both French policemen and the Albanian gangsters.

Steyr AUG
A Steyr AUG is seen in the hands of Winfried, the German commando.

SIG SG 551
The SG 551 was stored in the armory compartment of the APC, later handed out to Santino by Laborie.

The SG 551 is stockless and has the same Armson OEG Occluded-Eye Gunsight as Laborie's FAMAS.
Benelli Nova
Winfried kept a Benelli Nova its stock sawn off in a scabbard on his back.

Vektor CP-1
Laborie keeps a Vektor CP1 as a sidearm. Laborie later hands out another one of these to Selim, which he uses to free the prisoner.

A SIG-Sauer P226 with a funky-looking square-shaped suppressor+laser sight attachment is used by one of the Albanian gangsters.

Uzi
Uzis are used by many of the Albanian gangsters, all of them with the same square-shaped suppressor+laser sight attachment to the muzzle as the P226.
