The following firearms were used in the film Snake Eyes:
Beretta 92F
Com. Kevin Dunne (Gary Sinise) uses a Beretta 92F throughout the film, mostly with a suppressor.

Dunne shoots Zietz (Chip Chuipka) with his suppressed Beretta. Due to the close proximity, blanks were not used, as they would have been dangerous to the actor.
Glock 19
Rick Santoro's (Nicolas Cage) sidearm is apperantly a Glock 19, but he only draws it once in the film. Dunne takes the pistol from him later in the film.

Santoro's Glock from Lincoln Tyler's (Stan Shaw) point-of-view.
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Rabat (Eric Hoziel), the assassin, uses a rubber version of a Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW, with a scope and suppressor to shoot Charles Kirkland (Joel Fabiani).
Smith & Wesson 5906
One of the police officers confronting Dunne aims a Smith & Wesson 5906 at him.
Remington 870
The other officer aims a folding stock variant of the Remington 870, with an extended magazine tube. The weapon also seems to have a stainless finish.
