Starting with Season 3, the Heckler & Koch USP Compact replaces the SIG-Sauer P228 as weapon of choice for Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland).

CTU Agent Chase Edmunds (James Badge Dale) carries the Smith & Wesson 4006 as his main sidearm throughout the season. It is sometimes fitted with a silencer.

Glock 19
CTU Agent Michelle Dessler (Reiko Aylesworth) is seen using a Glock 19 in the Chandler Plaza Hotel, and Nina Myers (Sarah Clarke) uses one after she escapes inside CTU, just before Jack kills her.

Carried by several characters throughout Season 3 including CTU Agent Baker (Daniel Dae Kim) This is the cheaper American made copy of the Walther P99, recognized by the curved trigger guard.
Glock 26
A two-tone Glock 26 is given to Kim Bauer (Elisha Cuthbert) by her father, Jack Bauer for use during an undercover mission, where she posed as Jane Saunders.
