Grappling hook launcher

This device is seen only in darkness but what is seen bears resemblance with KS-23 shotgun that is capable to launch grappling hooks with the usage of muzzle device OTs-06 "Koshka". But how could this Soviet weapon appear in 1985 Britain? AFAIK it wasn't exported until 1990s, and even in USSR KS-23 was widely used only from mid-1980s (despite being officially issued in 1970). Most likely this is only a passing resemblance... but nevertheless I think that it deserves discussion. --Greg-Z (talk) 06:26, 6 April 2020 (EDT)

For comparison: KS-23M with a synthetic stock and a OTs-06 «Koshka» harpoon attachment.
