Smith & Wesson Model 586
Wilson (Terence Stamp) buys a nickel plated Smith & Wesson Model 586 with a 2.5" barrel along with a Colt Mustang from two Spanish kids.
Smith & Wesson Model 586 blued finish 2.5" barrel. Wilson's S&W 586 is nickel plated and has factory combat grips with a round butt.
One of the Spanish kids hands the Model 586 to Wilson.
Wilson is disarmed when he checks the warehouse where his daughter caused trouble.

Mossberg 500 Cruiser
Jim Avery (Barry Newman) wields a Mossberg 500 Cruiser after a high speed chase with Eduardo Roel (Luis Guzmán) and Wilson.
Avery chambers the Mossberg.
Avery takes aim at the Taurus that Roel and Wilson are driving.

Barry Newman did his own stunt driving during the chase, attributing the experience gained on the film

M1911A1
Jim Avery (Barry Newman) uses an M1911A1 at the end of the film. Terry Valentine (Peter Fonda) takes it from him after most of his bodyguards are killed.
