Breaking Bad - Season 2
The following weapons were used in Season 2 of Breaking Bad:
Handguns
Jericho 941 R
Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz) uses a Jericho 941 R with a two-tone finish as his sidearm. In "Grilled" (S2E02), Jesse (Aaron Paul) takes it from him while they are fighting on the ground and uses it to wound him. It is later buried in the desert in the following episode "Bit by a Dead Bee" (S2E03).
Glock 22
DEA Agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) continues to carry the Glock 22 in the series. He uses the Glock 22 in his shootout with Tuco in "Grilled" (S2E02).
Unidentified 1911
One of the cousins, Marco Salamanca holds Tortuga's M1911 when Juan Bolsa reveals to him that the cartel knows he is a DEA informant in "I.F.T" (S3E03)
Revolvers
Ruger SP101
The Ruger SP101 is the revolver purchased by Jesse and seen in Season 2's premiere "Seven Thirty-Seven" (S2E01). He uses it to intimidate an unnamed female junkie and her husband, Spooge, after they rip-off one of Jesse's dealers. Walter use the same revolver to threat Saul Goodman in "Better Call Saul" (S2E08).
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1
An M4A1 Carbine is used by Tuco (sometimes with an ACOG scope), notably in "Grilled" (S2E02), when he takes Walt and Jesse hostage. Walt later takes this weapon from him when Tuco is bashed over the head with a rock by Jesse. However, Tuco gets it out of the car when Hank arrives at Tuco's hideout. DEA agents also use M4A1s when they arrest Jesse in "Bit By a Dead Bee" (S2E03).
Colt M16A2
M16A2 rifles appear to be carried by Mexican federales in "Negro Y Azul" (S2E07).
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
Clovis (Tom Kiesche), a tow truck and junkyard owner who is a cousin of an associate of Jesse's, uses a shortened Mossberg 500 to threaten an intruder sleeping in Jesse's RV, but put up his gun when the intruder turns out to be Jesse himself in "Down" (S2E04). Specifically, the weapon appears to be a cut down 500AT; the stock has either been shortened to, or replaced with, a pistol grip, but the barrel appears to be original as it has the original bead sight (thereby narrowly escaping being a "short-barreled shotgun" for purposes of the 1934 National Firearms Act).
Other
Pocket Pistol non gun
Tomás Cantillo (Angelo Martinez) uses a compact pistol to carry out a hit in "Mandala" (S2E11). Upon closer inspection, this pistol is a non-descript Pocket Pistol Non Gun.
