Beretta 92FS
The guard Bradley (Bren Foster) uses a Beretta 92FS first to hold a guard hostage before being disarmed. Samantha (Steph Song) is briefly seen with one as well.

Heckler & Koch Mark 23
Manning (Steve Austin) pulls a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 out after his M4A1 runs out of ammo during a fight with the Merc Leader.

Glock 17
A US Marshal working for the Mercs, a Merc Leader, and Cross (Steven Seagal) use the 3rd Generation Glock 17. A 2nd Generation model is used by a "Marshal" standing watch at the front gate.

Para-Ordnance LDA
US "Marshal" Chris Blake (Michael Paré) uses a Para-Ordnance LDA as his main weapon first using it to threaten Warden Samuels (Ian Robison).

Unknown M1911 Variant
An escaped prisoner manages to find an unknown M1911 variant.
Shotguns
Remington 870
A merc can be seen with a Remington 870. An HSO (High Speed Operating) agent sent for backup carries one with Ghost Ring sights, an M4 stock, and a pump mounted flashlight. A guard has one as well.
USAS-12
A merc uses a USAS-12 with a 20 round drum magazine and a flashlight. Cross (Steven Seagal) later picks it up.

Submachine Guns
FN P90
The mercenary leader use a FN P90 with a green laser sight and a flashlight. In one memorable instance he uses it to put a flaming merc out of his misery.

One of the mercs sent to look for the HSO team carries a Heckler & Koch MP5A2

Rifles
Colt M4A1
Guards at the soon to be decommissioned prison, HSO reinforcements, Manning (Steve Austin), Cross (Steven Seagal), and a few of the Mercs carry Colt M4A1s with varying attachments. Manning's M4 switches between an Eotech sight and a scope.

The Mercs place Laser Mines throughout the prison.
M18A1 Claymore
Manning (Steve Austin) plants a M18A1 Claymore in front of a door.
Time Bomb
The Mercs sent to raid the prison use a bomb of unknown model to make it inside.
