The Shock (Le Choc) is a 1982 French crime thriller directed by Robin Davis and starring Alain Delon and Catherine Deneuve. Delon appeares as a hitman for hire who wants to retire from his present life.

WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Christian Morelli (Alain Delon) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 in the opening scene.
Ruger Security Six
Borévitch (Féodor Atkine) appears with a Ruger Security Six.
Snub nose Smith & Wesson Model 10
Rosana (Dany Kogan), the current leader of the terrorist group "Schroeder's Brigade", is armed with a snub nose version of Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver (due to the shape of front sight and grip this is an early model). After Rosana was killed, Christian (Alain Delon) uses her revolver against other terrorists.
Colt Python
The corrupted police inspector Maubert (Jean-Louis Richard) carries a Colt Python revolver with 4" barrel. Later Christian (Alain Delon) takes his revolver and uses it in the final scene.
Pistols
Walther PP
Christian's (Alain Delon) weapon of choice is a Walther PP. In one scene a terrorist (Jacques Schaeffer) takes Christian's pistol. Later the pistol is again taken from Christian by Silvio (Franck-Olivier Bonnet).
FN Model 1910
In the final scene Michel (Etienne Chicot) is armed with a FN Model 1910 with very long sound suppressor.
Browning Hi-Power
The elder terrorist (Jacques Schaeffer) is armed with a Browning Hi-Power. Later one of Silvio's henchmen is armed with Browining Hi-Power.

Silvio (Franck-Olivier Bonnet) is armed with a Beretta M1951.
Colt M1911A1
Silvio's henchman (Cirylle Spiga) is armed with a M1911A1.

In the final scene Cox (François Perrot) draws a Baby Browning which was hidden in the bowl with ice.
Shotguns
Remington 870
Silvio's henchman (Cirylle Spiga) is armed with a Remington 870 shotgun in the scene of unsuccessful escape of Christian and Claire.
Rifles
Sporterized MAS-36
Another Silvio's henchman (Jacques Pisias) is armed with a rifle in the scene of unsuccessful escape of Christian and Claire. This rifle can be a sporterized version of MAS-36 but not for sure. In the final scene another henchman (Philippe Lelie`vre) appeares with the same (or similar) rifle.
Sporterized Mauser Rifle
During the planned assassination in Paris Christian (Alain Delon) is armed with a sporterized version of Mauser rifle fitted with sniper scope and sound suppressor. Due to the shape of the bolt handle the rifle may be based on Karabiner 98k.
Assault Rifles
SIG SG 543
The younger terrorist (Peter Bonke) is armed with a SIG SG 543 carbine (it can be a French manufactured SIG-Manurhin).
