Smith & Wesson Model 10
The Smith & Wesson Model 10 is used by police officers to shoot the man trying to assassinate Garp's (Robin Williams) mother, Jenny Fields (Glenn Close).
Unidentified Snub-nosed Revolver
A snub-nosed revolver is used by Pooh (Brenda Currin) during the scene in the wrestling class in the end. It is never seen well enough to be identified.

Winchester 1894
Another assassin uses a Winchester 1894 rifle with a scope to shoot Jenny Fields (Glenn Close).
