When he does the famous "Ch-ch-check see if she's dead", and he shoots the waitress, then goes outside and shoots the mobster in a car. He's using a Beretta of some type.

Actually its a suppressed Glock.  Could be his 18 but cannot confirm.  Certainly has the grip and slide of a glock though.
