Dead Bang is a 1989 thriller starring Don Johnson as Jerry Beck, a Los Angeles Sheriff's Department homicide detective who while investigating the murder of a fellow deputy uncovers a conspiracy involving white supremacists. The film was directed by John Frankenheimer and was inspired by an actual case.

Browning Hi-Power
The Browning Hi-Power is the preferred weapon of multiple characters in the film.
Beretta 92FS
Though he carries a Browning Hi-Power throughout the film, Bobby Burns switches to a Beretta 92FS during a gun fight in the street.
Revolvers
Colt Python with 6" Barrel
LA Sheriff's Department Homicide investigator Jerry Beck (Don Johnson) carries a Colt Python with 6" Barrel with Pachmayr rubber grips as his sidearm.
Smith & Wesson Model 13
FBI Special Agent Arthur Kressler (William Forsythe) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 13 with a 3" Barrel. Standard issue for F.B.I. agents in the late eighties.
Smith & Wesson Model 15
The female cop (Trudy Forbes) after the gunfight in the street draws a Smith & Wesson Model 15 on Beck.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
The Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver is the sidearm carried by Chief Hillard (Brad Sullivan) and the rest of his deputies.
Smith & Wesson Model 28
Carried by the LAPD in the background during the scenes in Los Angeles.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Chief Dixon (Tim Reid) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 686 revolver.

Cobray M11/9
Jerry Beck (Don Johnson) carries a Cobray M11/9 SMG at the conclusion of the film.

The MAC-10 is primarily used by Bobby Burns (Frank Military), but also by other members of his group during the film.
Micro Uzi
The Micro Uzi is used by Sleepy (Mickey Jones) as well as other members of Burns' gang.
Uzi
A full-sized Uzi is only seen when FBI Agent Kressler carries it in the assault on the cave complex.

Some of Chief Dixon's deputies carried 14" barreled AR15 carbines, most likely the Colt Model 653.
M16A1
An M16A1 rifle is briefly used by Burns' gang.
AK-47
Guards at the Aryan compound all carry full stock AK47 rifles. They don't have the Chinese AK hoods so they are true AK47s or accurate clones.
Norinco Type 56-1
Sleepy (Mickey Jones) also carries a Norinco Type 56-1 Underfolder AK during the fight at the abandoned house.
Steyr AUG
Only seen on a table full of weapons at the press briefing.
Winchester Model 70
Used by Chief Dixon's Deputies.
Unknown Scoped Rifle
Bobby Burns (Frank Military) uses a scoped rifle. Make and model as of yet undetermined.

Ithaca Model 37
An Ithaca 37 is seen mounted in the squad car driven by Chief Hillard (Brad Sullivan) and later used by Jerry Beck (Don Johnson) at the gunfight at the abandoned house.

Chief Elton Tremmel (William Traylor) has a variety of weapons hanging on the wall or in his gun cabinet (makes and models to be determined).
