The following guns were used in the film The Marine:
M16 (SP1)
John Triton (John Cena) uses an M16 (SP1) rifle fitted with a Cobray 37mm Launcher to dispatch Al Queda torturing US Marines during the opening scene in the film. The gun is fitted with an A1-stlye birdcage muzzle break, which gives a large and impressive "star pattern" muzzle flash. The original slab-side M16 has not been fielded with the US Marines since the Vietnam war, so how or why he is using this old gun is not known.
