Colt Detective Special - .38 Special

Smith & Wesson Model 10

The .38 caliber Smith & Wesson Model 10 Military & Police is the weapon of choice of the Lost Heaven police department, but it is also carried by various gangsters and is given to the player in a couple of missions.

Smith & Wesson Model 27

The most powerful pistol in the game is the .357 Magnum Smith & Wesson Model 27. Used by some gangsters. It is also used quite prominently by Don Salieri as a sidearm in one mission.

(NOTE: THE PRESENCE OF THE SMITH & WESSON MODEL 27 IS ANACHRONISTIC; THE REASON BEING THAT THE "GREAT DEAL" MISSION NECESSARILY TAKES PLACE DURING PROHIBITION IN 1932/33. PAULIE USES ONE BUT THE REVOLVER WAS NOT MADE UNTIL 1935.)

Sawed-off Shotgun

A sawed-off shotgun of unknown manufacturer. Used as a symbolic weapon by the Mafia for assassinations, this weapon is carried by some enemy gangsters and is also issued to the player at the start of some missions.

Winchester Model 1912

The pump-action 12-gauge Winchester Model 1912 shotgun is a very dependable full size shotgun. Used by the police, both Mafia families, and various thugs the player encounters.

Thompson M1928

The Thompson M1928, infamous for it's popularity with mobsters, is the only automatic weapon in the game and is used by all sides.

A Thompson.

Mosin-Nagant M1891/30

A Mosin-Nagant M1891/30 with a sniper scope is issued to the player in one mission to be used for a long-distance assassination.

Springfield M1903

The .30-06 M1903 Springfield is used by various enemies, and is far more common than the Mosin-Nagant. File:Http://www.lesjones.com/www/images/posts/M1903A3 Springfield.jpg
