Special Destination Force (Otryad osobogo naznacheniya) is a 1978 Soviet war movie directed by Vadim Lysenko. The story takes place in Summer 1942. A Soviet special detachment under the command of Major Ozyoryn is sent to German rear in order to destroy a secret Soviet rocket system that could fall into enemy hands.
The following weapons were used in the film Special Destination Force (Otryad osobogo naznacheniya):
Revolvers
Khaidurov TOZ-36

Pistols
Margolin MTs
Viktor Grachyov (Leonid Shumskiy) and Ivan Prokopenko (Pavel Remezov) carry Margolin MTs pistols. In reality this pistol appeared only in 1948.
Tokarev TT-33
Ozyoryn (Leonhard Merzin), Gudzha Babluani (Elgudzha Burduli) and Marina Strelnikova (Marina Troshina) carry Tokarev TT-33 pistols. During the shootout in the swamp Ozyoryn fires his TT akimbo with TOZ-36 revolver.
Luger P08
Ivan Prokopenko (Pavel Remezov) takes a Luger P08 from a German officer and uses it himself.
Submachine Guns
MP40
German soldiers are armed with MP40 SMGs. Soviet commandos widely use captured MP40s.
MP38
In one scene Ozyoryn (Leonhard Merzin) is seen with an MP38. It later switches to MP40.
Rifles
Mosin Nagant M1891/30
In several scenes Soviet soldiers are seen with Mosin Nagant M1891/30 rifles.
Unidentified sniper rifle
A sporting sniper rifle is seen on the opening credits.
Machine Guns
MG 34
German soldiers use MG 34 machine guns in several scenes. They are never seen firing.
Goryunov SGMB
A Goryunov SGMB, a pedestal mounted version of Goryunov SG-43 Machine Gun, is mounted in BTR-152 that stands for German APC.
Maxim M1910/30
A Maxim M1910/30 is briefly seen in the opening scene.
Hand Grenades
RGD-33
Gudzha Babluani (Elgudzha Burduli) carries several RGD-33 hand grenades during the mission.
Unidentified grenade
Hand grenades of unknown model are used by Ozyoryn's group in one scene. They are supposed to be dummy training grenades.
