Peace to Your House (Mir vashemu domu) is a Soviet 1982 (filmed 1981) three-part historical adventure mini series directed by Takhir Sabirov. The story is set in 1920-1921 in Turkestan. Chekist Mirzo, posing as a scholar and scribe, infiltrates the Basmachi group under the command of Rustam-bek to whom Mirzo is a "milk-brother". The only man in Red headquarters who is aware about Mirzo's mission is the head of Special Department Vatslav Kalinovskiy. But when Kalinovskiy who is an aged man suddenly dies of heart stroke, Mirzo has to find a risky way to establish a connection with Reds.
The following weapons were used in the film Peace to Your House (Mir vashemu domu):
Revolvers
Nagant M1895
Akhmad Rakhimov alias Mirzo-Akhmad (Mukhamadali Makhmadov) carries a Nagant M1895 revolver that is a personal gift weapon. Nagants are also used by Mikhail Kobrin (Nikolay Kochegarov), the commander of "Steel" regiment of Red Army, Madina Niyazova (Sitora Alieva), a nurse in said Red regiment, and several other Reds and Basmachi characters. All revolvers are of post-1930 version.
Note: see additional images on talk page.
Pistols
Mauser C96
Various Red commanders and Basmachi, notably Qurboshi (chieftan) Rustam-bek (Takhir Sabirov), his second-in-command Elmurad (Galib Islamov), and Qurboshi Yusuf-bek (Sharif Kabulov) carry Mauser C96 pistols.
Note: see additional images on talk page.
Mauser C96 M1930
In the climactic scene Mikhail Kobrin (Nikolay Kochegarov) fires a Mauser C96 M1930. M1930 pistols are also seen in several other scenes.
FN Model 1900
Madina Niyazova (Sitora Alieva) uses an FN Model 1900 pistol in one scene. Later she is seen with a Nagant.
Rifles and Muskets
Mosin Nagant M1891
Mosin Nagant M1891 Dragoon rifles are seen in hands of Red Army men and Basmachi.
Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbine
Out of time Mosin Nagant M1938 Carbines are also used by Red Army men and Basmachi.
Mosin Nagant M1944 Carbines
Mosin Nagant M1944 Carbines with removed bayonets are also used.
Mauser Karabiner 98k
Several Karabiner 98k rifles, anachronistic for early 1920s, are seen in Rustam-bek's camp.
Vz.24 Czech Mauser
Mauser rifles of other models are also seen in Rustam-bek's camp. At least one of them appears to be a Vz.24 Czech Mauser.
Vz.16/33 Czech Mauser
Several Mauser rifles, seen in the same scene, appear to be Vz.16/33 Czech Mausers.
Vz.98/29 Persian Mauser
A distinctive outlook of one of the Mauser rifles allows to identify it as a Czech produced Persian Mauser.
