I identified [[Jupiter's_Thigh_(On_a_volé_la_cuisse_de_Jupiter)#Ruger_Speed_Six|Spiratos' revolver]] as Ruger Speed Six but now I'm in a doubt. While the revolver looks Ruger-style (the shape of ejector rod shroud, the front sight and general shape, less angular than the one of Colt or S&W), it seems to be 5-shot, not 6. So what can it be? | + | : Definitely not a Ruger Six-series since it is indeed a 5-shot and also the ejector shroud ends shorter under the barrel than a Ruger Six snubbie as well. As to what it could be, haven't the foggiest right this minute - It's not a Ruger SP101 (or rather a Kimar clone of it, as real SP101s are stainless-only AFAIK) since again, the shroud is off. Strange revolver
I identified Spiratos' revolver as Ruger Speed Six but now I'm in a doubt. While the revolver looks Ruger-style (the shape of ejector rod shroud, the front sight and general shape, less angular than the one of Colt or S&W), it seems to be 5-shot, not 6. So what can it be?
