Various characters in the film wield Single Action Armys.
Webley .455 Mk VI
At the fair, Foy (Neil Patrick Harris), Albert Stark (Seth MacFarlane), and Anna Barnes-Leatherwood (Charlize Theron) use Webley .455 Mk VIs at a shooting gallery. (This is an anachronism, as the film takes place in 1882 and Mk VIs weren't manufactured until 1915.)
Smith & Wesson Schofield
A few of the men robbing the Wells Fargo carriage carry Smith & Wesson Schofields.
Colt 1849 Pocket
One of the Wells Fargo guards is armed with a Colt 1849 Pocket.
