A group of White emigres makes a plan to steal the Big Imperial Crown from the Soviet Russia. The members of this group are old rivals of the Elusive Avengers - Kudasov, Ovechkin, Perov and Burnash. Now the heroes of the movie must counter the plans of their enemies.
