Operation Pacific is a 1951 World War II film starring John Wayne as a Naval officer who takes command of a submarine during the war in the Pacific.

The M1928 Thompson is used by several US Navy submariners including Lieutenant Commander Duke Gifford (John Wayne) and Ens. Caldwell (Martin Milner).
Browning M1919A4
