There's only about 10 or so admins. on this site so it's hard to weed out the bad. BTW, when you leave a message on someone's talk page, add a - (hyphen) and three ~ symbols, so your username will be left on the page, otherwise I have to sift through the page history to figure out who I'm talking to.
