OSIPR AR2
The Ar2 or the Over-watch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle is a Dark Energy powered assault rifle made by the Combine, it's the standard issued rifle for Over-watch foot soldiers, and it feeds from 30-round energy plugs and "energy balls" designed to wipe out human and flesh targets, the Rifle also has a Machine gun variant
