The following guns were used in the movie MR73
Sig Sauer P-226
At the beginning of the movie, a drunken member of the french national police, played by Daniel Auteuil uses a Sig-Sauer p-226 pistol to kidnap a bus.
The special unit (R.A.I.D?) officers that arrests Auteuil use several guns, including:
M-16 rifle series

At the end of the movie, Daniel Auteuil uses the Manurhin MR-73 that Philippe Nahon kept as a collectible. This is a 4” barrel version, with fixed sights:
