Template:Nuke
This documentation contains information on all the Banner templates in use on the site. These templates (when in use) should always be placed at the very top of the page. I.E. that should be the first line(s) of code when the page is edited. Basic Breakdown
Work in ProgressWhen a page is first created, it can take days if not weeks to get it fully functional. During this time, it should be considered a Work in Progress. Place the text {{WIP}} at the top of the article. The article will then be automatically added to the "WIP" category. NOTE: As stated in Rules, Standards and Principles, users should fully screenshot a movie BEFORE they start a page.
IncompleteIf a page is woefully lacking in material, it should be considered incomplete. (Note that Work in Progress and Incomeplete are mutually exclusive. Pages that are currently being worked on can and will be missing lots of information. As long as someone is in the process of updating the page, it should be considered a WIP. If that page has been abandoned however, it should then be considered incomplete. To add a page to the incomplete list, place the text {{Incomplete}} at the top of the article.
UnknownWhen creating a page, it is inevitable that users will not be able to identify every object or location in a film. If and when this happens, place {{unknown}} at the top of the page. This will add the page to the unknown category. For our more experienced users, this is a great way to help out.
DuplicateUse this template to mark an image for deletion on the basis of being a duplicate. Place the text {{Duplicate|Other File}} adding a link to the image it is a duplicate of in place of Other File. For images, the template must be linked as and the "image:" section of the link changed to "media:" to prevent the image being displayed in the template. The article or image will then be automatically added to the "Delete" category. As a guideline, check the "links" section at the bottom of the page, and tag the one that is linked to the least number of times; ideally, you should also change all links to the tagged image into links to the other version, so no pages are left with broken images when the duplicate is deleted. If the pages or images are identical, check the history tab, and place the template on the one that was started or uploaded most recently.
NoeffortUse this template to mark an article for deletion. Place the text {{Noeffort}} at the top of the article. The article will then be automatically added to the "Delete" category.
NowShowingUse this template to mark any articles for media that has been released in theaters but not for home media. Place the text {{NowShowing}} at the top of the article. The article will then be automatically added to the "Upcoming" category.
NukeUse this template to mark an article for immediate deletion. Place the text {{Nuke}} at the top of the article and it will be added to the Delete category.
OngoingUse this template to mark an article as OnGoing. This is for shows that are currently on the air and thus are a continuous work in progress. Place the text {{Ongoing}} at the top of the article. The article will then be automatically added to the "OnGoing" category. NOTE: This is NOT the same as the Work In Progress template which should be used for a page that a user is currently working on.
UpcomingUse this template to mark any articles for unreleased media. Place the text {{Upcoming}} at the top of the article. The article will then be automatically added to the "Upcoming" category.
