Creating movie pages and hd trailers

Make sure when creating pages for films that you put "Category:Movie" (with the brackets) in the edit. As for finding HD versions of trailers, you can either look then up at hdtrailers.net or youtube (make sure you add "HD" to whatever title you search). 720p is a good resolution to work with. You can use a media player program like VLC player to then capture your screenshots. --Ben41 08:43, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

Vampire Sucks

It appears that you are creating a movie page for a movie with one gun. Imfdb makes pages mostly for movies with three or more gun unless an admin chooses to make a page for movies with two guns or one gun. I recommend looking here: Rules, Standards and Principles or you can ask an admin for help. - Kenny99 15:29, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

Category:Screenshot

Just a reminder that the category is "Screenshot". --Ben41 01:46, 30 January 2011 (UTC)

This Means War

Good screenshots, but please try to complete the page by placing gun images and adding the characters' name along side the actors' names. If you were planning to still work on the page, you need to place a {{workinprogress}}banner at the top so that users don't think you've done a half job. --Ben41 04:57, 20 October 2011 (CDT)

Just another reminder

Yes, these rules and style sheets can get overwhelming at times. But with the page God Bless America, please put the year in the title since there are at least FIVE movies titled the same and it's not so famous that we can track down which one it is. Thanks. I believe our standard is that if a title can refer to multiple movies then we start putting the year in brackets on the title. :)MoviePropMaster2008 14:41, 1 February 2012 (CST)

PS don't worry, I'll do it, but I wanted to let you know why I was doing it. :) Thanks. mpm
