I came here hoping to discover what handgun Claude Rains' superbly played Louis Renault (the Vichy police captain) carried in "Casablanca" -- I'd always assumed he had one, but do not remember it. The entry here does not mention it, so he must not have displayed one at any point in the film. Or, the article is incomplete. (Yes! An excuse to watch Casablanca again!)
Anyway, I've done some light editing of firearm- and film-related Wikipedia articles (e.g., Spaghetti Western, etc.), under a different alias.
