Street, The (Ulice)
Ulice is Czech family series with a many plot lines. One of them is a story of love a gangster of the former Soviet Union - Vasil Shevchenko (Robert Jasków) and the owner of a hair salon Ingrid (Jana Sováková). This tough and unpredictable player use any method, if it will help to achieve its objectives. He is not afraid to take risks and therefore to throw more and more dangerous actions that promise huge profits only, but also constantly has a trouble with the law. When he runs into the problems, find a safe haven in which outlasts the worst. Once she even hid in an apartment of his cousin Svetlana (Tereza Bebarová) and his husband Lumír Nykl. She acquainted him with his best friend Ingrid. Vasiliy help Lumir Nykl to post deputy mayor, to have legalized money of mafia. But Lumír quickly forgotten who helped him at the town hall, and his decree against the gaming sites for Vasil does really problems with superiors. Svetlana, who is the head of casino, falls in love with the bartender Vratislav Kovář (Pavel Necas) and wants of husband to leave. But he is not planning to leave and takes advantage of the mafia, become a leading casinos, when he kills Lumír Nykl. Vasil prepare at Lumíra a trap, but the situation evolves differently. Instead he coming a policemen by Svetlana calling. Vratislav used Svetlana as hostages. She succeeds in an unguarded moment to pull the gun from her purse, which she borrowed of Ingid, and shoot him. In another plot line is employee hairdresser Jitka Farská (Ilona Svobodová) persecuted of psychopath Vladimir Kukačka (Pavel Rimský).
