The "Timecop Beretta". Most likely this is a resin "stunt" prop used for Stargate: Atlantis, due to the rounded trigger guard as opposed to the ones used in the film.
Newer-model (1998 and later) Taurus PT99AF (blued) - 9x19mm. Note the wider cocking serrations in the slide compared to older model above.

The "Timecop Beretta" is the futuristic handgun first used in the 1994 film Timecop as the sidearm carried by officers of the Time Enforcement Commission in the year 2004. The prop was composed of an custom shroud built around a Taurus PT99AF. This handgun was subsequently reused in television series filmed in British Columbia, Canada. This particular customized weapon was even more modified slightly at the front end for the film Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and this version was reused in the series Almost Human.
