The Bride Wore Black (La Mariée était en noir) is a 1968 French drama directed by François Truffaut and based on the novel by Cornell Woolrich. Julie Kohler's (Jeanne Moreau) groom was killed during their wedding by an accident rifle shot, made by a drunk man, one of company of five friends. Now Julie seeks revenge.

The following weapons were used in the film The Bride Wore Black (La Mariée était en noir):

Webley Bulldog Hammerless Revolver

During the attempt to kill Delvaux (Daniel Boulanger) Julie Kohler (Jeanne Moreau) arms herself with a snub nose hammerless revolver that is a version of Webley Bulldog.

A hammerless version of Bulldog revolver. The screen revolver has similar frame but different grips.
Julie draws the revolver from her purse.
A view from the back. The revolver is hammerless.
A close view of the barrel. The system of the extractor rod matches the Bulldog.

Mauser 98 Sporter

A bolt action hunting rifle with a sniper scope is seen in hands of Bliss (Claude Rich) and Delvaux (Daniel Boulanger) in the flashback scene. Judging by the military style bolt handle, the shape of the forend of the stock, and also by place and time of filming, we can assume the rifle to be a Mauser 98 Sporter. Another rifle, also of Mauser system, is seen on the wall in the same scene.

Delvaux aims from the window.
Another rifle of different model is seen on the wall on the top.

Manufrance Perfex

A long gun that appears to be a semi-auto shotgun is seen on the wall in the flashback scene. Manufrance Perfex seems to be a reasonable guess.

A long gun is seen on the wall at the bottom. What may be confused for a hammer spur is a part of the hook on the rack.

Double Barreled Shotgun

A double barreled shotgun is seen on the wall in the flashback scene.

A shotgun is seen in the middle.

MAS-38

Two policemen carry MAS-38 SMGs during the arrest of Delvaux.
