The Battle of Jangsari (2019)

The Battle of Jangsari (also known as Jangsari: Forgotten Heroes) is a 2019 South Korean action war film directed by Kwak Kyung-taek and Kim Tae-hoon. The film is the second installment of a trilogy of Korean War epics produced by Taewon Entertainment, the first being Operation Chromite (2016). The film tells the story of 772 student-soldiers and South Korean Army cadres deployed to the Jangsari coast as one of many diversionary assaults covering for the Incheon Landings. Meanwhile, an American reporter named Maggie (Megan Fox) comes across information of the impossible mission being undertaken by the students and determines to help them in any way she can.

The following weapons were used in the film The Battle of Jangsari:

Handguns

Colt M1911A1

Tokarev TT-33

The Tokarev TT-33 is seen as the standard sidearm of KPA officers. NCOs of the ROK Army are seen using captured TT-33s when disguised as KPA officers.

Lt. Lee Myung-joon (Kim Myung-min) pulls his captured TT-33 pistol out and takes aim. He adopts a low, double-handed grip, which is odd for the time period as soldiers are usually trained to fire sidearms one-handed.
The other side of the pistol. Note the fine serrations on the slide making this a post-WWII manufactured model. Also the hammer is cocked back, which is correct for a single-action pistol like the TT-33.
A fallen First Sergeant Ryu Tae-seok (Kim In-kwon) still grips his TT-33 pistol.

Submachine Guns

M3 Grease Gun

ROK Army cadres and student-soldiers are seen using M3 Grease Guns.

Mosin Nagant M1891 / M38 Carbine

North Korean troops use Mosin Nagant M1891s as their standard rifle. Student-soldiers of the South Korean forces are also seen with these rifles, presumably being re-issued enemy firearms. Several Mosin Nagant M38 Carbines are also seen among both North and South Korean troops.

M15 Anti-Tank Mine

An M15 anti-tank mine is discovered by the student-soldiers after an Allied bombing dislodges it from the top of a cliff, presumably planted by the North Korean forces first. They eventually recover it and later use it in an ambush.

A student-soldier accidentally steps on an M15 anti-tank mine when he thoughtlessly reaches for a souvenir.
First Sergeant Ryu Tae-seok (Kim In-kwon) then reminds the student-soldiers that the anti-tank mine is relatively harmless to infantry and demonstrates by stomping(!) on it multiple times.
Ha-ryun (Kim Sung-cheol) is seen lugging the anti-tank mine before being instructed to help set it up.

S-Mine

Several S-Mines are seen planted all over the Jangsari beach by the North Korean forces. Oddly, they behave like contact mines, detonating almost immediately after being tripped with an upwards directional blast, which is not how the S-Mine normally operates.
