Terminator Salvation: The Machinima Series
Terminator Salvation: The Machinima Series is a 2009 science fiction series comprising of six short episodes that together form a prequel story to the film Terminator Salvation. Unlike that film, The Machinima Series is an animated work made with video game technology from the tie-in game. Unlike other machinama series, it is officially licensed by Warner Brothers.
The following weapons were used in the series Terminator Salvation The Machinima Series:
The main characters, Resistance pilot Blair Williams (voiced by Moon Bloodgood) and computer hacker Laz Howard, are armed with standard M4A1 Carbines. Every other human character is armed with the same model M4A1.
Remington 870 Folding Stock
A Remington 870 Folding Stock shotgun is retrieved from the body of a fallen Resistance fighter by Blair Williams and is used in a fight with a T-600.
Browning M2HB guns are seen mounted on technicals operated by the Resistance.
The General Electric GAU-8/A Avenger cannon is seen firing from Blair Williams' A-10 Warthog ground attack plane.
Dillon Aero M134D
The Dillon Aero M134 Minigun is the main weapon of the T-600 Terminator. This minigun is held in a single hand by a forward mounted pistol grip.
Williams uses an RPG-7 rocket launcher in multiple scenes against various robotic Terminator targets.
M230 Chain Gun
The cannons on the Hunter-Killers appear to be or are based on the M230 Chain Gun.
Williams uses a generic hand grenade to destroy multiple crab-like T-7T Terminators.
