- Hmmm, you are probably right. I'll check those out. Though isn't the SGS basically just a bastardized version of the AL-GI-MEC design? -MT2008
- The AL-GI-MEC was the first to invent and produce this model of compensator, but the current production (about 1996-1997 to now) is the SGS. Recognizing the two versions is very easy. The AL-GI-MEC has very visible marks on the sides, the SGS just on the front. - Charly Driver
