Sorry for the many unidentified guns but I had not time to sort them out. Please help identify them if you can - Fimvit

Please do additional work on this page. It needs pictures of all the guns, and it would be also appreciated if you could follow correct spelling for gun names by seeing how they're spelled on this site. For instance, "HK Mp5 A3" is not acceptable - "Heckler & Koch MP5A3" is.

Nero's Glocks

I know this is probably not the most heavily trafficked page on the site, but I was watching this last night and browsing here (as I frequently do) and realized the gun in the apartment scene was almost certainly not a G23. The barrel is WAY too long. The magazine under the bed seemed to have a 9mm round, so I took a guess that it's a 17. Hope you don't mind my changes.

I think you're correct. It's definitely a full-size Glock, and the picture of the magazine lying on the carpet shows that it has two sets of 7 holes running alone the back. The magazine for a larger caliber Glock would have fewer (i.e. the G22 has only six holes on either side). -MT2008

Something else...is Nero's "Glock 23" really a Glock 23, and not a Glock 19 standing in? I realize that Max calls it a Glock 23, but the bore looks too small for .40-caliber. It would make more sense to me if they used a G19, but decided to call it a G23. -MT2008 14:57, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

Mossberg 500 Mariner?

First shot doesn't seem to be a Mariner, that finish looks blued. Also we need a better screenshot to determine whether it is a Winchester or Mossberg. Most definitely NOT a Remington, since the ejection port is too squared. The 2nd two pics looks like some sort of marine/mariner model. MoviePropMaster2008 18:43, 7 January 2009 (UTC)

Smith & Wesson 4506?

The 4506, probably a 1st generation, is the gun carried by Engelman (William Fichtner). However, in the final scenes it seems that his gun was switched for a Smith & Wesson 5906. For the gun is picked up by Mace, this would seem a wise choice, since the 4506 would look way too big in Mace's hands. However, in the screenshot where Mace picks up the S&W, it seems to be a different model. Not sure which one.

It is still a 4506 but the bulges are on the side with the squared trigger model, even though it isn't a double stack.

It's not a 4506, in the pic where Mace is holding it her grip is really low, making it look normal for her. I thought it was Smith 645, but the barrel doesn't look long enough, but it is at his head. I'm thinking maybe 659 in both shots.--Predator20 01:28, 1 September 2010 (UTC)

Smith & Wesson 645 .45 ACP. This particular 645 is the screen used pistol carried and fired by Don Johnson in the series Miami Vice.

Smith & Wesson 659 - 9x19mm. This is the Screen used Hero Gun held and fired by "Mister Pink" Steve Buscemi in the film Reservoir Dogs.
