Before speedy deletion please take notice that whole functional part of a gun was used in the movie, with markings intact. Blaster is basically a sawn-off blank-converted Model SL modified with some non-substantial parts of Charter Arms Bulldog:

The Model SL received some cult fame and recognition after it was mocked-up (among with parts of Charter Arms Bulldog) as Deckard's blaster in Blade Runner, which is substantially a blank-converted sawn-off Model SL turned into a pistol.
