Unknown Pistol

Yeah, i too figured it could be some type of 1911 clone based on the slide and hammer. Mmmm... Now that i look at it more closely, are there 1911s with ejection ports that wider? If so, then it might be the FNP .45. It almost looks as if the hand positioning is off, as in the hand is placed too high up the gun, making the grip look longer that it really is. To me, It looks like it could be a P226 Combat TB, Which would mark the first ever appearance of the coolest looking handgun ever in a game--BlackHawk510 (talk) 10:01, 23 August 2016 (EDT)
Okay, I've compared it to a bunch of 1911 variants, as well as the FNX, and I have to say, I'm pretty sure it is the P226 Combat TB. Note that the size of the hammer spur seems much too small for a 1911 variant, the slide isn't square enough for an FNX, (And does seem to have the correct curve for a Sig) and the heel of the grip seems too much of a rounded shape (I.E. grips that cover the backstrap) for a 1911 or FNX, as well as the ejection port being too wide for either of those two. Also, do note that the front of the slide does seem to extend forward past the frame. Then again, while a slide release does appear to be poking out from beneath the character's thumb in the proper location for a Sig, a takedown lever doesn't seem to be visible on the frame, so I could be wrong. New weapons ID in workbench video

I seePolish MSBS, PK with rails, Galil AR and one bullpup firearm called "KT-R" ingame that i think its a Kel-Tec RFB.

M4's a Rem R5 lookalike. They also have an "XM2025" with one of those scopes that doesn't fire unless you're pointing at the target.Temp89 (talk)

I hope CIgames re-modelled it to look like the 2016 version, just jarring seeing the prototype model in almost all games which i gotta give Payday 2 credit for that.

Finally released!

Lets see how the game is ...

Im installing the day one patch and it seems like critics are panning it due to long loading times and bugs, either way that wont me stop from enjoying the game, plenty of games that got a 50 to 70 score and i enjoyed the hell out of them. Seems they cut a lot of weapons :(. Which is a shame because you could load them in Cryengine and they were fully animated. Have only run into a few bugs though.Temp89 (talk)

100% it and there's nothing new in Lydia DLC. There's still The Sabotage DLC to come but don't expect anything. There is a handheld SAM launcher that's probably the Grom in 2 missions but was never close enough to identify. There's a pre-rendered cutscene shown in one of the trailers that has the Zulfiqar tank. 23Soc enemies carry a rifle based on the TrackingPoint one. If I could redownload the beta somehow I could document all the cut weapons.Temp89 (talk)

You can collect "Legendary" rifles around the map. Static model only. Sucks that one of the best known gaming rifles, the AWP, isn't usable.

Is the author not a native English-speaker? Nothing wrong with that, but the unnecessary use of quotation marks in screencaps kind of aggravates me. Quotations would only be necessary if one is referring to a given weapon's made-up name or if the the name is real but refers to the wrong firearm. So there's no reason to be putting quotations around real world names like Walther P99 or Springfield Armory M1A. Spartan198 (talk) 08:50, 6 May 2017 (EDT)

The Tavor, AK12, Zenith Pecheneg, Zulfiqar, and I think the Deagle can be seen in pre-release media. I'm fairly certain the RPG-32 is what they use in the game the two times an enemy with a SAM appears. I'm in two-minds about adding them to the page under a Cut section due to the lack of textures on the models.Temp89 (talk)
