Help?...

The as yet unidentified machine pistols carried by Kaitlyn Tremor are modified Skorpions. You can clearly see them when she gets shot and drops her arms to her sides. groovepanda 9:04, 4 February 2010 (UTC) ==Yeah I thought that too... but then again, to me, those look something like Kedrs too... so I couldn't make up my mind :) They also featured on the cover of the DVD... Warejaws 14:30, 4 February 2010 (UTC) ==I just rewatched the scene again twice. They have sickle magazines (possible Hollywood licence, but still standard on the Skorpion vs the Kedr), and shorter barrels than the Kedr. One could also assume that a machine pistol made in fairly smallish numbers for the MVD and chambered in 9x19mm Makarov would make less sense than the Skorpion, as it would be more easily available and easier to acquire .32ACP cartridges (again, it's a movie, but still makes a little more sense). Also, looking at the DVD cover, they appear to have the unmolded handgrips of the Skorpion as opposed to the molded grips of the Kedr. I could be wrong. groovepanda 10:30, 4 February 2010 (EST) ===You know what, I'm gonna mark them as Skorpions. Thanx for the info, I'm not that good with them machine pistols... (or snipers. :)) I'm gonna put up a screencap also.Warejaws 16:10, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

Actually it's nothing near as good as the original.. But it's a decent B-movie with lotsa action and guns... :) Warejaws 18:59, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

The sniper rifle

Some Anonymous User changed the entry for the Savage 10/110 to read that it was a Remington 700. He did so without trying to discuss it, or least explaining why he thought he was a Remington instead of a Savage. Since the Choate Ultimate Sniper stock is made for both rifles, can anybody confirm the type of rifle and explain why? I know that I have seen this exact same gun in some other movies and TV shows. -MT2008 00:31, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

I'm currently comparing the images of the rifle in the film with my Remington M700P. So far while they seem alot alike I have yet to borrow a Savage and make a final determination. I'll make a detailed comparison when I can compair the two properly.Rockwolf66 05:59, 15 March 2010 (UTC)
Well looking over the rifles While the bolt has a custom handle it is otherwise just about identical to the shape of mine, the magazines are identical to the detachable magazines in my Remington, the Reciver has the little hole forward of the ejection port and the barrel has the little step in it where it meets the reciver. Thus to me it does in fact look like a Remington Rifle. If need Be I'll take a few referance Images for people to compare on the forum. Rockwolf66 20:22, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

Is it just me, or is the magazine in the first picture a 5.45x39 AK-74 magazine? --Mandolin 13:32, 13 July 2012 (CDT)
