Unidentified rifles

The first shot, the blur makes it look like the barrel has a magazine tube below it, but it in reality has only a barrel. The hammer looks like a Spencer Carbine. The same with the second unidentified rifle. I opine that both rifles are 1860 Spencer Carbines.

Note that in this pic the rear site is set for maximum elevation, in reality, most of the time, it is folded into the down position
