- The wiki for Shinji Mikami Tensey (the story of the man who never relaxed) says it's a one-episode OVA. Really short OVAs aren't hugely unprecedented, you have things like Blood: The Last Vampire which is only 45 minutes long. I think the No Short Films rule is more supposed to protect us from student film projects and stuff that's only shown at film festivals. Evil Tim (talk) 11:19, 29 November 2017 (EST)
