Supressor crooked?

Am I imagining it or is the supressor not correctly attached? It looks like the front end of it is drooping. Or is it an optical illusion?Dudester32 (talk) 12:36, 15 June 2015 (EDT)

XM16E1 and Colt New Service

Is there any shot showing the receiver with the forward assist and partial fence? If not, this could just as easily (and more likely) be an M16/SP1. Also, is it just me or does that revolver look a bit small for a New Service? StanTheMan (talk) 19:32, 16 July 2016 (EDT)

4,2 mm bullet (would it even fire)?

I am not an expert when it comes to ballistics. And even I can see, that bullet is wider than 4,2 mm. But I wonder, if the bullet isn't a little large compared to the casing? I mean it's way longer than the casing. And this bullet is made of gold, which makes it pretty heavy. So with a load that's comparable to that of some .25 or .32, would this large and heavy bullet even leave the barrel?

There would certainly be some problems with that since the given weight of 308 grains is over twice as heavy as an M80 7.62mm NATO rifle bullet and even heavier than the bigass 258 gr armour-piercing 9mm bullet used by the AS Val and VSS Vintorez. Trying to toss that out of the barrel with the maximum 2-3 grains or so of powder you can put in a .32 ACP without the cartridge blowing up...you'd probably need some special high-pressure casing so you could load some really beefy exotic powder in it to get a pistol-grade velocity out of it (and then it would kick like a particularly angry mule).
