I'm not sure the MP41 is an MP41. The sights don't appear to be correct. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:56, 17 February 2013 (EST)

Can it be Beretta Model 38/42? Greg-Z (talk) 14:41, 17 February 2013 (EST) He can not. We absolutely unknown type. But the MP41 was very use of occupation German police and SS troops.--Pandolfini (talk) 14:53, 17 February 2013 (EST)
Mind you, this is a TV show made after 25 years after the German occupation, not a documentary. We have to go according to the visual evidence we have. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:56, 17 February 2013 (EST) Filmed the television studio Brno and has very limited options to acquire any "exotic" weapons. In short, it's so, that sights by someone destroyed, this is mostly collected from from the local museum of resistance.--Pandolfini (talk) 15:02, 17 February 2013 (EST) But if in the museum was found by film property-men also Italian submachine gun, it is possible, that he used as mocked MP41! --Pandolfini (talk) 15:20, 17 February 2013 (EST)
If it's a different weapon standing in for an MP41, then we should note that. --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:23, 17 February 2013 (EST)

But it's not just the different sights. --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:22, 17 February 2013 (EST)

The wooden stock and the magazine are right next to each other in this shot, unlike the MP41, where there's a gap.
The gun on the left ejects from the left, the MP40 on the right ejects from the right. Theoretically, the upper portions of both guns should be identical, and they're clearly not here.

Yes, only mocked-up MP41. Thx!--Pandolfini (talk) 15:40, 17 February 2013 (EST)
