It isn't necessary to be calling people a "prick" on the page. If you have strong feelings about something put it on the discussion page. I'm addressing this to the anonymous user 69.152.169.101. I feel no need to waste an entire page or make up some name for myself to point out that Mr. Gunmaster is exceedingly hostile to anyone who doesn't fit his particular brand of wiki-ing or shower him with praise. Furthermore, I think having a name and making a page for yourself only encourages this sort of glory-hound pursuit of recognition in my opinion. And as for keeping things on the discussion page, why did you leave our lord and savior Gunmaster's spanking of Mr. Colt Revolver Fan on the main page? To shame him so all who pass by will see that here Gunmaster's word is law? His behavior is childish, and leaving his little hissy fit of a reprimand on the main page of this article only condones further acts of childishness. Unless we're all well and fine with guilt tripping anyone who makes an honest mistake.

Well Gunmaster is a good kid but he's fifteen.Didn't you get carried away when you were fifteen? The original poster didn't seem to have any trouble so I left it. I just felt like the langauage wasn't necessary. Gloryhound? Well I guess if that's how you feel. It could be argued that being anonymous gives one the sense that they can do whatever and not have to answer or even explain one's behavior. There is alwasy two sides to each story. I wasn't trying to guilt trip him or publicly humiliate him, I was only kidding when I said I wouldn't need to see the movie anymore, I never care about plot spoilers. It's just not recommended to tell the whole movies plot in the summary. Was only trying to inform him of what is agreed on as all of the site's opinion of proper "wiki-ing", not just mine. Sorry for ruining the end of the movie for you, Gunmaster 45. I want to apologize to you and anyone else that this caused a problem. I know that that stinks. I'm fairly new to the site, so I don't really know how things run around here. Sorry! I haven't watched this movie in a long time, so I got confused on a lot of the guns when I tried to remember. But fortunately, I have just rewatched it and discovered that Gunmaster 45 has corrected me on almost everything! Sorry again about ruining the movie, it won't happen again by me. It's still a pretty good movie, and worth watching--User: Colt Revolver Fan.

Well my 2 cents is that I read the summary and it didn't stop me from buying the DVD yesterday and watching it. I still enjoyed it a great deal. -harleyguy

Blooper

This was pointed out by an anonomyous user (70.254.164.229) on 07/01/09. I moved it from the main page to the discussion page. --Jcordell 16:41, 16 July 2009 (UTC) In the segment at the end ,when Covington shoots Dorn in the leg and the chest, one can clearly see that the Colt 1872 had NO bullets in the cylinder. Covington shoots him twice with an empty gun.

I'm a little confused on the use of the term "conversion" for the 1872 Open Top (I admit when I watched the DVD yesterday I thought it was an 1860 conversion). From what I've read, such as this link http://www.buffaloarms.com/browse.cfm/4,4850.htm the 1872 Open Top was built from the ground up as a metallic cartridge firing arm, rather than being a percussion gun converted to fire metallic cartridges.-harleyguy

Actually this is just a standard Sharps 1874 - the Sharps-Borchardt doesn't have an external hammer.

Winchester 1876

I like the little change you made on the 76 Winchester Nyles. Getting the Mounties in there. Leave it to a Canadian. However you'll be happy to know that I made note of the fact that the Mounties (yes I know that isn't the proper title) used the 76 on the Winchester 1876 page. You should screencap Death Hunt. Thanks! I mainly threw it in because that specific model was produced to order for the NWMP. I'd actually like to do Death Hunt, just an issue of finding a copy. For an American movie they definately got the little details about Canadian guns right.

Ski Cap

Is the guy on the right wearing a ski cap? Didn't know they had those back then. It's a watchcap. They were used by sailors long before anyone had even thought of downhill sking. Good question though.--Jcordell 22:47, 18 June 2011 (CDT)
