It is clearly in the S&W revolvers. Maybe, Smith & Wesson Model 10, judging by the short barrel. --Slon95 (talk) 22:22, 17 October 2015 (UTC+2)

Smith & Wesson Model 10 Revolver - .38 Special, R-side
Possibly. Now I have the film in blu ray quality and plan to make new screenshots that will help to make the identification. Greg-Z (talk) 13:23, 18 October 2015 (EDT)
Agree. On a high quality version these revolvers are seen better. Greg-Z (talk) 15:06, 13 December 2015 (EST)

More unidentified revolvers

A cowboy at the left holds a revolver.
The same revolver is seen at the left.

I came up with a crazy idea... a Colt Python?? Greg-Z (talk) 15:06, 13 December 2015 (EST)

Colt Python with 6" Barrel - .357 Magnum
A closer view.
ChBK-HQ-Revolver-53.jpg
What's here - a vent rib???
Smith & Wesson Model 17 Target or Smith & Wesson Model 586 with a long barrel. Although if he really does have vent rib, nothing at except the Colt Python not remains.
Possibly but all these ideas (including Python) seem very unlikely. I cannot imagine how one of these modern American revolvers could appear on Soviet film studio. While I don't want to throw this guesses away, I'm still searching for something more common. Greg-Z (talk) 14:35, 9 January 2016 (EST)
If this is the Colt Python, then this could be a trophy from Vietnam. --Slon95 (talk) 14:59, 9 January 2016 (EST)
Yes, maybe. I'll watch this scene once more to prove if this revolver is seen firing. Greg-Z (talk) 15:04, 9 January 2016 (EST) It fires four times a row, two first times with a large muzzle flash, third time with a smoke without a flash and fourth time with a small flash. Don't known if it's a sign of a real gun firing blanks, or a blank-firer, like Bruni Magnum (it's also a possible guess). Greg-Z (talk) 15:47, 9 January 2016 (EST)
This can be a Mosfilm's Colt Python: [1] ? --Slon95 (talk) 13:32, 13 January 2016 (EST)
Wonderful! And many thanks! I guess the source is this one? Very interesting photos. Greg-Z (talk) 14:12, 13 January 2016 (EST)
Yes. --Slon95 (talk) 14:14, 13 January 2016 (EST)

Holstered evolver

It's only my guess, but holstered revolver are looks similar to Reichsrevolver M1879. Pyramid Silent (talk) 16:35, 13 January 2016 (EST)

Reichsrevolver M1879 Revolver - 10.6x25R
A revolver is seen in Edwood's (Mikheil Kherkheulidze) holster.
Similar looking revolver is seen in the holster of Black Jack's man.
It really looks similar to Reichsrevolver but something in the shape of the grip, its curvature and how it is widened to the end makes me doubt. I think that some more research is needed though maybe we'll come to Reichsrevolver at last. Greg-Z (talk) 02:17, 14 January 2016 (EST)
Maybe Smith & Wesson Schofield? --Slon95 (talk) 06:57, 14 January 2016 (EST)
Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3 with blued finish - .45 Schofield. (right side)
Yes, it looks credible, thanks! Greg-Z (talk) 08:45, 14 January 2016 (EST)

Rifles

Maybe I'm wrong, but the Andy's rifle seems Winchester Model 53: [2] (if it has no outer long tube magazine). --Slon95 (talk) 12:08, 14 January 2016 (EST)

Andy carries a rifle.
Andy fires his rifle.
I had a similar idea at first but when watching the movie just now, I found out that it has a magazine tube under the barrel, or at least so it seems to me.
ChBK-HQ-Rifle-15.jpg

The rifle is nearly hidden by heavy clouds of dust but it can be seen that the thinkness of the barrel is matches a barrel with magazine tube. Greg-Z (talk) 13:14, 14 January 2016 (EST)

Maybe I'm wrong again, but I really think that this is not the Winchester M94 and another rifle. Perhaps the Winchester Model 1892 (note the foregrip and the long barrel)?
Winchester 1892 -.32WCF/.38-40/.44-40/.25-20.

In addition, here, on the left, it seems, analogous rifle?

ChBK-HQ-Rifle-12.jpg

In addition, I studied the guns from a wagon.

ChBK-HQ-Rifle-7-addon1.jpg

1 - Winchester M1894, 2 - Winchester M1892(?), 3 - Revolver (apparently S&W Military & Police), 4 & 5 & 6 - Winchester M1895, 7 - Revolver (apparently Nagant M1895). --Slon95 (talk) 11:38, 15 January 2016 (EST)

Looks like I was wrong, as Winchester M92 matches Andy's rifle better than M94. And you are right about the Comanche rifle. Many thanks! Greg-Z (talk) 11:50, 15 January 2016 (EST)
