Pistols

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is used by several characters in the series. In "Viagra Falls" (S5E06), a Beretta was used to murder a police chief and make it look like suicide. In "We'd Like To Thank the Academy" (S5E13), ASP Red Gun replicas of the Beretta are carried and drawn by both Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dulé Hill). (It should be noted the real life Santa Barbara Police Department issues the H&K USP.) In Season 5's finale "Yin 3 in 2-D" (S5E16), Henry Spencer (Corbin Bernsen) pulls his Beretta.

Glock 17

The Glock 17 continues to be carried by Detective Carlton Lassiter (Timothy Omundson). In "We'd Like To Thank the Academy" (S5E13), Shawn is seen training at the police academy with the Glock and purposely shooting a civilian target, explaining she must be a criminal to have food in a library that doesn't allow snacks.

Glock 26

Beginning in Season 5, Det. Juliet O'Hara carries the Glock 26 pistol.

Heckler & Koch VP70

A Heckler & Koch VP70 is taken by Shawn from a bad guy and is used to hold him at bay in "We'd Like to Thank the Academy" (S5E13).

Star Firestar M-43

A nickel Star Firestar M-43 is seen in the hands of Shawn in "We'd Like to Thank the Academy" (S5E13). This pistol also appears to be held by Officer Nick Conforth (Ralph Macchio) in the episode.

World IMFDB Exclusive: Screen used Star Firestar M-43 pistol. This live firing weapon is verified as screen used by actor Michael Imperioli in The Sopranos. Taurus PT92 (Gold plated)

What appears to be a gold-plated Taurus PT92 with pearl grips is held by a suspect in "We'd Like To Thank the Academy" (S5E13). Shawn is later seen holding the handgun. This exact same gun was used by Vinnie Jones in Smokin' Aces 2: Assassins' Ball (which had the same armorers as this show).

Knight's Armament Revolver Rifle

What appears to be a Knight's Armament Revolver Rifle is used by Nadia (Franka Potente) in "One, Maybe Two, Ways Out" (S5E09). This is likely the same rifle used in the film Another Stakeout and on other TV shows filmed in Vancouver, including The Sentinel, Highlander (TV series), Supernatural and The X-Files.
