Flight

Flight is a 2012 drama directed by Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump) and stars Denzel Washington as Whip Whitaker, an airline pilot coping with drug and alchohol abuse who finds himself thrust into the spotlight after successfully landing his crippled airplane. During the course of the crash investigation, he desperately tries to hide his substance addictions from the authorities. The film co-starred John Goodman, Don Cheadle, and Melissa Leo.

Stevens 12 Gauge Double Barreled shotgun
Captain Whip Whitaker (Denzel Washington) keeps a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun at his farm house. He is seen holding the shotgun when Hugh Lang (Don Cheadle) comes to visit him. This weapon however was never fired throughout the film.
